This policy explains what personal information Kaia Island Wellness (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or buy The Glow Cookbook and its bonuses, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Order information. When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your email address, name, card details and billing country or postcode. Stripe shares your name, email, order details and payment status with us. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and what you wrote so we can help you.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our host (Vercel) automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the link that brought you here (including campaign tags in the link). This is used to run and secure the site.

2. How we use it

• To process your payment and confirm your order before giving you the download links.
• To deliver your ebooks, answer questions and handle refunds.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, such as sharing of paid download links.
• To keep the records we must keep for accounting and tax.
• To understand which pages and links work, so we can improve the site.

We don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments and receipts), Vercel (website hosting and file delivery) and our email provider (to reply to you). They may only use it to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Cookies

This site uses only what’s needed for it to work. Stripe’s checkout page sets its own cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we’ll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons (usually up to 7 years). We keep support emails for as long as they’re useful to help you, and any marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK, Canada or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit some uses. Email healthispowerme@gmail.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

Payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified. Download links only work for verified paid orders. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children

This site isn’t aimed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
