These terms apply when you use this website or buy The Glow Cookbook. The site and the books are run and sold by Kaia Island Wellness (“we”, “us”). By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What you’re buying

One purchase gets you three digital ebooks in PDF format: The Glow Cookbook (107 recipes) and two free bonuses, Sweet Aloha Desserts (43 recipes) and The 7-Day Island Reset (a 7-day meal plan) (together, the “Product”). Each comes in a Mobile and a High-Quality version. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown on the site in US dollars and is charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, and taxes may apply where required.

3. Delivery

After your payment goes through, you’re taken to a download page with links to all three ebooks. Those links only work for a paid order. Please bookmark the page and save the files to your device. If you have any trouble, email healthispowerme@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and we’ll send the files.

4. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read and print the Product for your own household use. You may not resell, share, upload, post, give away or otherwise distribute the files or their contents, in whole or in part, or use them for commercial purposes, without our written permission.

6. Health and nutrition disclaimer

The Glow Cookbook is for general cooking and wellness inspiration only and is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Check with a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or food allergies. Individual results vary.

Always check recipes for ingredients you’re allergic or sensitive to, and follow safe food handling practices, including for raw fish, eggs and fresh produce. Descriptions of how foods may help you feel are general information, not promises of any result.

7. AI disclosure

Kaia is an AI-generated persona created and run by Kaia Island Wellness. She is not a real person, doctor, dietitian or nutritionist. Images of Kaia, and the food photography on this site and in the Product, are AI-generated and are for illustration only. Your dishes may look different. The recipes were written and checked by the people behind the account.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the Product, including text, recipes, photos, illustrations, design and the Kaia character, belongs to Kaia Island Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

9. Using this site

Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to get around the payment check, sharing download links publicly, or interfering with how the site works. We may cancel access obtained in breach of these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and the Product are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep everything accurate but can’t guarantee it is error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim about the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
