Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about buying The Glow Cookbook. This policy covers your purchase of The Glow Cookbook and its two free bonuses, Sweet Aloha Desserts and The 7-Day Island Reset (together, the “Product”), sold by Kaia Island Wellness.

A digital product, so no returns

The Product is a set of downloadable PDF ebooks. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back.

7-day money-back guarantee

If the Product isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’re always happy to hear how we could do better.

How to ask for a refund

• Email healthispowerme@gmail.com within 7 days of buying.
• Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order. Your Stripe receipt number helps too, if you have it.

What happens next

Once we find your order, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. We aim to do this within 2 business days. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.

After a refund, your download links stop working and your license to use the Product ends, so please delete any copies you downloaded.

After the 7 days

Because the Product is delivered instantly, refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not normally eligible, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If something went wrong with your files or your download, contact us at any time and we’ll fix it.

Can’t open or download your ebooks? Email healthispowerme@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and we’ll send the files to you directly.
